July - a family moved into Applegarth Lake Lane Frampton on Severn

As most of the site was a former orchard, we have used plenty of orchard related names. Garth means enclosure.

June - The first occupants move into Rosa Cottage, Lake Lane, Frampton on Severn

The house is named after Rosa Bradley, the last occupant of Lake Cottage and the orchard where she kept bees. The Bradley family loved in Lake Lane for over 100 years.

The completion of Mylne House (Plot 1) finishes Stag Homes' construction work.

Robert Mylne was the original architect and civil engineer of the Gloucester to Sharpness Canal. The canal was finally completed in 1827

May - The first occupants moved into Plot 5, now called Newton House, Lake Lane.

Stag Homes sponsored the play Withering Looks at the Nailsworth Festival. This is an irreverent take on the Bronte sisters, and played to a full house.
